Giggle Toys Store delivers you and your family fun and enjoyable toys.  We have selected toys for you if they are of the highest quality.  All toys are shipped with FREE delivery! 

We are an Australian online business. You are supported locally by order management, for customer service and for returns. We dispatch orders from our overseas warehouse.

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it’s best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in packages due to weather, incorrect address information, carrier issues, or beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.

All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours or purchase, ensuring that you receive your items as soon as possible. Your tracking number will be attached once your order has been dispatched and it may take up to 2-3 business days for the tracking system to update once the order has been shipped.

You will receive your order usually within 7-14 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependent on how fast Aus Post, Toll, Aramex, Fastway, Fast Horse Express and NDTL are since their enterprise is experiencing large volumes of packages. But still, 95% of our customers have been receiving their orders with in 5-10 working days.

Our Return PolicyIf a package is lost, missing or the delivery cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that have confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are non-refundable until resolved. If your package does not show up or arrives damaged, please contact us at giggletoys@giggletoys.com.au with your order number.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
